Mr Scott Murray
Scott Murray joined the Catholic Education Diocese of Rockhampton and St Therese's Catholic Primary School at the beginning of 2024. Previously, he served in the Townsville Diocese, where he held key leadership positions in Sports, Health, and Physical Education, as well as an Acting Principal role. A lifelong resident of Townsville, Scott trained at James Cook University, earning a double major in Secondary Chemistry and Health & Physical Education, and is currently completing his Masters in Educational Leadership with Australian Catholic University. At St Therese's, Scott combines his role as Principal with his passion for HPE, also serving as the school's PE teacher. He is deeply committed to Catholic Social Teachings and strives to live by the school's motto, "All Deeds for God," both professionally and personally.
